INSPRO TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION InsPro Technologies Corporation announced the appointment of Anthony R. Verdi as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Verdi, a 13-year veteran of InsPro and Health Benefits Direct Corporation, its predecessor company, also serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Verdi's appointment follows the resignation of David Anderson as Chief Executive Officer.
On October 24, 2018, David M. Anderson resigned effective immediately as the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Anderson on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
