Disclosure of large shareholding in Insr ASA

Kvantia AS has today purchased 28.019.881 shares in Insr (the "Company") at a
share price of NOK 0.15 per share.

Kvantia AS will following completion of the share transaction hold 37.129.736
shares in the Company, corresponding to approx. 25.1% of the total outstanding
shares. Kvantia will together with the Group of companies Caaby AS, Finyield AS
and RWD AS following the share transaction hold in total 39.407.198 shares in
the Company, corresponding to approx. 26.6% of the total outstanding shares.
