Integral Technologies May Seek Acquisition

Integral Technologies, Inc. is engaged in the business of researching, developing and commercializing electrically-conductive resin-based materials called ElectriPlast. The Company's ElectriPlast technology offers applications in various industries, such as auto industry, aerospace, consumer electronics and commercial aviation industries. ElectriPlast is an electrically and thermally conductive resin-based material. The ElectriPlast polymer is a compounded formulation of resin-based materials, which are conductively loaded, or doped, with a balanced concentration of micron conductive materials, then pelletized using its manufacturing process. Various applications for ElectriPlast include batteries, antennas, electronics shielding, motors, switch actuators, medical devices, thermal management, toys and cable connector bodies.
