InterCloud Systems, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2017. Revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017 decreased $14.5 million, or 64%, to $8.1 million, as compared to $22.6 million for the second quarter of 2016. This was the result of the reduction in revenue from subsidiaries disposed of during the 2017. The company had a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $12.0 million or $0.10 per basic and diluted share in the second quarter of 2017 compared to net loss of $13.4 million or $0.43 per basic and diluted share for the comparable period of 2016.
