On March 26, 2024, Interlink Electronics, Inc. entered into a Standard Industrial/Commercial Multi-Tenant Lease Modified Net, dated February 29, 2024, with Dollinger Fremont Associates, for a 5,183 square-foot operating facility in Fremont, California. The lease term commences when tenant improvements are completed, which is anticipated to be May 1, 2024, and has a term of five years and three months. Following a three-month rent
abatement period, the annual rent under the agreement is $127,500, escalating 3.5% annually, plus a share of common area operating expenses.
