Interlink Electronics, Inc. (NasdaqCM:LINK) acquired Calman Technology Limited for $4.9 million on March 17, 2023. Under the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the purchase price is $4.912 million of which $4.317 million was paid at closing and the balance is being held back for up to nine months against claims for breaches of representations and warranties (subject to certain deductibles and caps). The purchase price is subject to adjustment based on the extent if any to which Calman?s net working capital is more or less than $714,000. Calman reported revenue of $3.1 million for the period ended September 30, 2022. Calman team will be joining Interlink.
