(Alliance News) - Intesa Sanpaolo Spa announced Friday that it has signed a framework agreement with Quid Informatica that will enable isybank -- Intesa's digital bank at the center of the group's business plan and technological development -- to launch loan products for its customers in the coming months.

As the company explains in a note, Qinetic will provide the core system and specialized functions for the lifecycle management of isybank's personal loans and mortgages, contributing to the digital transformation with a cloud-ready product, along with subsequent application maintenance services to support the exercise.

Intesa trades in the red by 0.3 percent at EUR3.34 per share.
