Invesco Bond Income Plus Limited is a Jersey-based investment company. The Company seeks to provide a high level of dividend income relative to prevailing interest rates mainly through investment in bonds and other fixed-interest securities. The Company also invests in equities and other equity-like instruments consistent with the overall objective. The Company invests in a range of sectors, including financials, consumer services, government bonds, telecommunications, utilities, basic materials, financials and consumer goods. Invesco Fund Managers Limited acts as the alternative investment fund manager of the Company.
