On May 12, 2021, Invesco Investments (Bermuda) Ltd. announced that it has submitted a notification with the purpose of perform important proposal actions according to circumstances. In addition, the issuer Company has requested Invesco Investments (Bermuda) Ltd. to make the purchase, and Invesco Investments (Bermuda) Ltd. has agreed to make it in order to counter the tender offer by Starwood Capital Group initiated on April 7, 2021, and to strengthen the support attitude of Invesco Group for continuous growth by increasing the investment ratio of Invesco Group, the sponsor of the Fund, and further aligning its interests with those of the unitholders.
