Invesco Perpetual has created two key distribution roles, while Ian Trevers has resigned after two decades at the firm. Fidelity head of institutional Colin Fitzgerald joins as head of Invesco's institutional business across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Douglas Sharp, who currently leads Invesco's cross-border retail business, becomes head of the EMEA retail business.

Trevers, who was head of UK retail, is leaving the firm after a 20-year stint. Fitzgerald has more than 20 years' experience and prior to Fidelity he served as head of international institutional distribution for Pyramis. Sharp joined Invesco seven years ago from McKinsey & Co and has shaped the execution of company's cross-border retail strategy.
