Invesco Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals Announces Monthly Dividend, Payable on January 29, 2021

Invesco Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals (the Trust) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Trust’s investment objective is to provide common shareholders with a high level of current income exempt from federal as well as from New York State and New York City income taxes, consistent with preservation of capital. Under normal market conditions, the Trust invest over 80% of its total net assets in New York investment grade municipal securities. Under normal market conditions, the Trust may invest up to 20% of its total assets in municipal securities rated below investment grade or that are unrated but determined by the Adviser to be of comparable quality at the time of purchase.
