IRB Golconda Expressway Private Limited signs Concession Agreement with HMDA for Nehru Outer Ring Road TOT Project in the State of Telangana

• Company now one step closer to achieving financial closure for the project
• Project involves making upfront payment of Rs.7,380 Crs to HMDA for Tolling and O&M of 158 Kms stretch of Hyderabad ORR, over a revenue linked Concession Period of 30 Years
• IRB endeavours to implement this Project through its Associate viz. IRB Infrastructure Trust

Mumbai, May 28, 2023: The IRB Golkonda Expressway Private Limited, a Project SPV of India's leading and the largest integrated multi-national infrastructure player in the highways sector, IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. (IRB Infra) - has signed the Concession Agreement today with Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for Tolling and Operations & Maintenance of Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road, popularly known as Hyderabad ORR in the State of Telangana on Toll-Operate- Transfer (TOT) basis.

While commenting on the development, Mr. Virendra D. Mhaiskar, Chairman & Managing Director said, "It's our honour to have this prestigious project in our portfolio. To re-iterate IRB Infra had received Letter of Award for this project on 27th April 2023 after emerging the selected bidder in global competitive bids invited by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA).
