IRC Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in production and development of industrial commodities products. The Company operates through four business segments. The Mines In Production segment is engaged in iron ore projects in production phase.The Mines In Development segment is engaged in iron ore projects in the exploration and development phase. The Engineering segment is engaged in the in-house engineering and scientific expertise located in Russia. The Other segment is mainly engaged in the production of vanadium pent oxides and related products in the People’s Republic of China (the PRC), as well as other projects.
