Assago (MI), June 11, 2019 - Italiaonline S.p.A. ("Italiaonline" or "Company") announces that today the Board of Directors of Italiaonline, upon the favorable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, resolved to appoint the Chief Financial Officer Mr. Francesco Guidotti as Manager charged with preparing financial reports pursuant to article 154-bis of the Legislative Decree No. 58/1998.

Based on the information available to the Company, as at today, Mr. Francesco Guidotti does not hold any ordinary or savings shares of the Company.
