This is to inform you that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on 22nd February, 2023 at 11:00 A.M at the Head office of the company, 29-K.M, Sheikhupura Road, Drummanwala More, Near Khurrianwala, Faisalabad to consider the Half Yearly / 2nd Quarterly accounts for the period ended 31-12-2022.

The company has declared the "Closed Period" from 15th February, 2023 to 22nd February, 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under the Clause 5.6.1 (d) of rule book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive of the company shall deal in the shares of the Company in any manner directly or indirectly during the Closed Period.
