Eishin Kokusai Japan Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 16.59% stake in Shin-Nihon Tatemono Co Ltd. (JASDAQ:8893) from J.S.B. Co., Ltd. and Masato Oka on May 21, 2012. J.S.B. Co., Ltd. is selling its 15.06% stake and Masato Oka is selling its 1.53% stake in Shin-Nihon Tatemono Co Ltd. On June 15, 2012, J.S.B. Co., Ltd. decided to sell 10.06% stake in place of 15.06% stake. Eishin Kokusai Japan Co., Ltd. will acquire 11.59% stake in Shin-Nihon Tatemono Co Ltd. (JASDAQ:8893) from J.S.B. Co., Ltd. and Masato Oka. The expected closing date of transaction has now changed to June 22, 2012 from June 15, 2012.
