An unknown buyer acquired 19.13% stake in LOCONDO, Inc. (TSE:3558) from Alpen Co., Ltd. (TSE:3028) on May 9, 2018. Alpen sold 1.04 million shares as part of the deal and will now hold 0.5 million shares after the transaction.
