Jadestone Energy plc acquired 16.67% stake in the North West Shelf Oil Project from Japan Australia LNG Pty Ltd for $111 million

Jadestone Energy PLC is an upstream oil and gas development and production company with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. It has a portfolio of production and development assets in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. It owns 100% operating interests in the producing Montara project and the Stag oilfield, offshore Western Australia. It owns a 60% operated working interest in the PM323 license, a 70% operated working interest in the PM329 licenses, all located offshore Peninsula Malaysia. It owns 9.52% non-operated interest in the producing Sinphuhorm gas field and a 27.2% interest in the Dong Mun gas discovery onshore northeast Thailand. It holds an operating 90% interest in the Lemang PSC, onshore Sumatra, Indonesia, in addition to various exploration and pre-development assets in Vietnam and other parts of Southeast Asia. It also owns over 33.33 % working interest in the Cossack, Wanaea, Lambert, and Hermes (CWLH) oil fields development, offshore Western Australia.
