Gujral as Vice President & Executive Director of the company. The board of directors also accepted the resignation of Mr. S. P. S. Kohli from the board of directors of the company.

The Companyâs products include Conventional Leaf Spring, Parabolic Leaf Spring, Z-Spring, Stabilizer Bar, Bus Air Suspension, Trailer Air Suspension, Lift Axle, Trailer Mechanical and Air Suspension with Lift Axle, and Trailer Mechanical Suspension. The Companyâs after-market products include Lift Axle Allied Components, Trailer Allied Components, Spring Allied Components, Break Lining, Trailer Axle, Water Pump, Clutch, Bearing, and Jack rod. Its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products include Bogie Bracket, Nodo Bracket, ATS Bracket, and Hanger Shackles.
