Star Import d.o.o. acquired the motor vehicle service business of Jamnica d.d. (ZGSE:JMNC-R-A) for €4.4 million.

Jamnica dd is a Croatia-based company primarily engaged in the beverages industry. It is a manufacturer of mineral and spring waters, juices and fruit beverages. The Company's brand portfolio includes mineral waters Jamnica, Jana, Sarajevski kiseljak, Fonyodi, Goda, Mivela and Akvia, as well as juices Juicy, Juicy Fruits, Jamnica Pro Sport, TO, Ledeni caj and Sky. It operates a distribution network with sales centers and warehouses in Zagreb, Varazdin, Bjelovar, Rijeka, Zminj, Otocac, Senj, Sibenik, Makarska, Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Opuzen, Osijek and Slavonski Brod, as well as two representative offices in Maribor and Belgrade. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated 3 wholly owned subsidiaries, including Jamnica Beograd doo, based in Serbia, Fonyodi kft, based in Hungary and Jamnica Maribor doo, based in Slovenia, as well as 96.56%-owned Sarajevski kiseljak dd, based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Company's parent entity was Agrokor dd, holding an 80.44% stake in the capital.
