The Center segment is engaged in the cargo handling business such as loading and unloading, as well as the distribution processing business such as assembly, cutting and packaging, and agency business such as order entry agency and inventory management. The Asset segment is engaged in the storage of entrusted goods in warehouses, as well as the leasing and brokerage of real estate properties. The Company is also engaged in the provision of services related to relocation, construction, import and export freight handling, customs clearing, harbor transportation, worker dispatching, insurance agency, products selling, general leasing, passenger transportation and others.
