Notice Concerning Leadership Transition at Japan Logistics Fund Inc.

Japan Logistics Fund Inc. (hereafter referred to as "JLF") received a notice from Naohiro Kameoka, the Executive Director of JLF, concerning the resignation on July 31, 2023. In accordance with the resignation, Substitute Executive Director, Ryota Sekiguchi, will assume the position as the new Executive Director from August 1, 2023.

1．New Executive Director (expected to be appointed on August 1, 2023) Ryota Sekiguchi

(Note) See appendix for the profile of the new Executive Director.

The new Executive Director, Ryota Sekiguchi, was appointed as the Substitute Executive Director at the General Unitholders' Meeting held on October 20, 2022. In addition, he also serves as a Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director of Accounting Dept. and Corporate Administration Dept. of Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "MLP"), the asset management company of JLF. He falls under the category of important employee of MLP.

2．Leaving Executive Director (expected to leave on July 31, 2023) Naohiro Kameoka

MLP will perform necessary procedures, including notification, in accordance with the Financial Instruments & Exchange Act, the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act, and other applicable laws and regulations.
