Notice Concerning Leadership Transition at the Asset Management Company

Japan Logistics Fund Inc. (hereafter referred to as "JLF") announced the following Leadership Transition of Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MLP"), the asset management company of JLF.

Leadership Transition

MLP decided to make a vote on the appointment of Mr. Seiichi Suzuki as a director of MLP at the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled to be held on July 31, 2023. Upon approval of the Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of Directors of MLP scheduled to be held on August 1, 2023 will make a vote on the appointment of Mr. Seiichi Suzuki as a new President & CEO of MLP from August 1, 2023.
