Notice Concerning Personnel Change of the Asset Management Company
Japan Logistics Fund Inc. (hereafter referred to as "JLF") announced the following personnel change of Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MLP"), the asset management company of JLF.
Moreover, MLP has decided today to make a vote on the appointment of the new corporate auditor at the General Shareholders' Meeting of MLP scheduled to be held on June 22, 2023.
1. Resigning corporate auditor (effective date: June 22, 2023)
