The Company operates through four geographical segments: Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, and Indonesia. Its products are sold under the brand name, JB Cocoa. It markets its products to customers across the world, which includes international trade houses and end users, such as food, beverage, and confectionery manufacturers. Its cocoa processing facility is located in the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia and in the Maspion Industrial Estates in Gresik, Indonesia. Its subsidiaries are engaged in production and sale of cocoa ingredients products, procurement, sales and marketing of cocoa beans, related products, and trading of waste products.
