Jerusalem Real Estate Investment Co is a Palestine-based public shareholding company engaged in real estate investments and related activities. The Company invests in industrial complexes and land, and commercial, touristic and residential projects, as well as provides necessary funding and contract services. The Company operates one wholly owned subsidiary, namely Candiar Holding Company. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholders included Real Estate Development Company and Investment Bank, among others. The Company operates through its head office in Ram Allah and a branch in Amman, Jordan.
