Jetblack Corp. (OTCPK:JTBK) entered into a purchase agreement to acquire majority stake in This Budz For You Farms LLC on November 29, 2018. Jetblack Corp. is in the process of working with OLCC to transfer locations and ownership interests in This Budz For You Farms LLC. This Budz For You Farms will be moving to a new leased 8,400 square foot facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. In addition, Jetblack Corp. signed a Binding Letter of Intent to purchase 16 acres of land in Sonoma County.
