Cross road corporation made an offer to acquire 31.9% stake in Jeugia Corp. from Yamaha Music Japan Co., Ltd. for approximately ¥450 million.

JEUGIA Corporation is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of culture and musical classrooms, as well as the sale of instruments and audio and visual (AV) software products. The Company operates in two business segments. The Music segment is engaged in the operation of musical classrooms, as well as the sale of musical instruments such as pianos, electronic organs and other keyboard instruments, orchestral percussion instruments and musical scores, and music software products such as compact discs (CDs) and digital versatile discs (DVDs). The Culture segment is mainly engaged in the operation of culture classrooms, as well as the comprehensive strategy for owned classrooms and stores.
