(SHSE:600901) commences share repurchases on February 17, 2020, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Special Shareholders Meeting held on February 10, 2020. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 29,640,000 class A shares, for CNY 268.54 million. The shares will be purchased at a price not exceeding CNY 9.06 per share. The program will be funded through company's own funds.
