Jindal Poly Films Limited completed the acquisition of JPF Netherlands Investment B.V.

Jindal Poly Films Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the production and sale of packaging films. The Company has a diverse portfolio across sectors such as Packaging Films, the Non-Woven Fabrics and the Labelling Industry. The Packaging Films is engaged in manufacturing a comprehensive range of products, which includes biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), bi-axially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET) (Thick and Thin), cast polypropylene (CPP), lamination, metallized films, coated films, thermal lamination films, and capacitor films. Its Non-Woven Fabrics is engaged in producing PP-based Spunmelt and Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric. Through its subsidiary, SMI Coated Products Private Limited, the Company offer more than 200 different products of self-adhesive labels required by the label industry. The Company’s manufacturing plant is located at Nasik, Maharashtra.
