JOHN LAING GROUP PLC John Laing Group Limited agreed to acquire Portfolio of three assets from AMP Capital Irish Infrastructure Fund, a fund managed by AMP Capital Investors Limited on December 22, 2022. These three portfolios asstes are Convention Centre Dublin, Towercom and Valley Healthcare. The transaction is expected to complete during 2023, subject to customary conditions.
