JOHNSON CONTROLS-HITACHI AIR CONDITIONING INDIA LIMITED Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited announced that at the board meeting held on 18 March, 2024 approved the appointment of Mr. Raman Madhok as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1 April, 2024. The term of his appointment as an Independent Director will be from 1 April, 2024 to 30 September, 2027. Mr. Raman Madhok has done PGDM in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur and M.S. in Chemistry from IIT, Delhi.
He is the Managing Director of Kahani Designworks Private Limited. He is also an Independent Board Member of the Deepak Fasteners Limited and Co-Founder & Director of Steel Hats Technology & Solutions Private Limited. He is an Economic Diplomacy Advisor to the Consul General of Belgium in Mumbai.
He has over 40 years of experience in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Project Management and as a CEO/Managing Director of listed companies since 2001. His corporate experience spans across sectors like pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, infrastructure, engineering, FMCG and hospitality. During his carrier he also served JSW Steel Limited, John Cockerill India Limited, Jindal Steel & Alloys Limited, Southwest Port Limited, Jindal Tractebel Power Limited, Sapphire Technologies Private Limited, NT Strips & Automation Private Limited, Jindal Aluminium Limited and Open Spaces Consulting Private Limited.
He is a certified trainer for Hay?s Job Evaluation Methodology, programs of Development Dimensions Inc. and Situational Leadership. He is closely associated with respected professional bodies. He has been a recipient of the Chevening Fellowship (UK), Eisenhower Fellowship (USA).
He currently serves as Secretary?Treasurer of the Board of United Way, Mumbai.
