Important information regarding communications with shareholders

New provisions came into force within the Companies Act 2006, regarding the way that a company is permitted to communicate with its shareholders.

The Act allows Jubilee to use its website to communicate with shareholders. This will help to make Jubilee a more environmentally friendly company, cutting production and distribution costs and reducing waste and pollution. If you provide your email address, we can notify you by email when documents are available; otherwise you would be notified by post.

Annual reports, notices of shareholder meetings and other documents that are required to be sent to shareholders are published on our website www.jubileemetalsgroup.com. For those shareholders who consent, the website will be the way in which they access shareholder information.

You still have the right to request (at no charge) hard copy versions of shareholder information.

• If you wish to receive shareholder information by means of our website, you need to take no further action. You will be notified by post when shareholder information has been placed on the website.
  If you would like to receive notifications by email, please register your email address via the Shareportal www.signalshares.com
• If you wish to receive shareholder information in hard copy form, please write to: FREEPOST SAS, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4DL. Ensure you state your shareholding in Jubilee Metals Group plc.

• If you do not reply within 28 days from the date of despatch of this letter, you will be deemed to have consented to website publication of shareholder information and you will no longer receive hard copies in the post.
