Juhl Energy, Inc. is a provider of a full range of clean energy solutions, together with its engineering services group and power engineer's collaborative. The Company is focused on wind, solar, biomass and combined heat power systems. It operates through its subsidiaries, Juhl Energy Development Inc., which is engaged in project development and analysis; Power Engineers Collaborative, which is engaged in power engineering services; and Juhl Clean Energy Assets Inc., which is engaged in clean asset ownership. The Company has completed approximately 25 wind farm projects and provide operations management and oversight across the portfolio. Its services of wind farm development include full development and ownership, as well as consultation, finance, construction, operation and maintenance. Its projects are focused on the Midwest. Through Power Engineers Collaborative, the Company is engaged in power engineering projects.
