K2fly Limited Appoints Sara Amir-Ansari as CFO, Effective 25 October 2021

K2fly Limited is a provider of resource governance in environmental, social and governance (ESG) compliance, disclosure, and technical assurance. The Company focuses on the operations of mining and asset-intensive industries through its platform-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud solutions. Its principal activities are engaged in the sale of owned software, and the provision of software and integration consulting services and asset management consultancy services. The Company delivers a suite of solutions across three key areas, on a single platform that include Natural Resource Governance, which is encompassing heritage management, land access, ground disturbance, tailings management and mine rehabilitation; Mineral Resource Governance, which is comprising resource reporting and model manager, and Technical Assurance, which include ore blocker and mine geology. In addition, the Company provides asset management consultancy services, primarily to the utilities sector.
