Kardex AG reported earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2011. For the year, the company reported net revenues of EUR 459.2 million against EUR 355.9 million a year ago. The group achieved total EBITDA of EUR 21.5 million compared to EUR 8.3 million a year ago. EBIT was EUR 10.4 million compared to LBIT of EUR 2.2 million a year ago. The net result amounted to EUR 3.0 million or EUR 0.48 per share against loss of EUR 9.1 million or EUR 1.62 per share a year ago. Free cash outflow was EUR 7.8 million against EUR 18.8 million a year ago. Net debt as on December 31, 2011 was EUR 15.6 million against EUR 42.6 million as on December 31, 2010. From the present perspective, the outlook for all of the group's divisions is good. The high order backlog at the beginning of the year provides grounds for optimism. The Executive Committee therefore expects a further increase in the volume of revenues in the fiscal year 2012 as well as a continued improvement in profitability.
