Kaya Holdings, Inc. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2019. For the full year, the company announced sales was USD 1.014 million compared to USD 1.136 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 2.264 million compared to USD 2.870 million a year ago. Net income was USD 7.804 million compared to USD 4.747 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.04 compared to USD 0.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.02 compared to USD 0.01 a year ago.

FDT provides psychedelic mind care treatments to veterans suffering from PTSD, addicts seeking to break addiction, individuals with eating disorders, and others with an array of treatment resistant mental health disorders.
