An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 6.1% stake in PangSky Co., Ltd. from Gold Pacific Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A038530) for KRW 2 billion on June 20, 2018. Under the terms of transaction the buyer will acquire 0.2 million shares at KRW 0.01 million each. Upon completion, Gold Pacific Co., Ltd. will not hold any stake in PangSky Co., Ltd. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Gold Pacific Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 20, 2018.
