The Property and Hotel Development segment is engaged in the construction of hotels, detached houses and duplex houses. This segment also engaged in projects such as landscape design and road construction and others. The Property Rental segment is engaged in leasing of commercial centers. The Film Distribution and Licensing segment is engaged in the film distribution business. The Film Processing segment is engaged in film processing business. The Centralized Heat Supply segment is engaged in district heating and distribution.
