On July 27, K Eagle Investment, controlled by Eric Cohen, declared to the AMF that it had individually exceeded the thresholds of two-thirds of the capital and voting rights in Keyrus, and held 67.68% of the capital and 66.76% of the voting rights.

K Eagle Investment holds, in concert with Eric Cohen, certain Keyrus executives and BNP Paribas Développement, 12.023,452 Keyrus shares, i.e. 69.59% of the capital and 69.25% of the voting rights of this consulting firm specializing in the digital sector.

These threshold crossings result from the acquisition by K Eagle Investment of Keyrus shares as part of the simplified tender offer (OPAS) it filed, which is open from July 21 to August 3 inclusive.
