KFG Resources Ltd. is an independent energy company. The Company is engaged in production of crude oil and natural gas in the United States. The Company is engaged in the development of onshore oil and gas reserves with activities concentrated in Concordia and Catahoula Parishes, Louisiana, Adams, Jefferson, and Wilkinson Counties, Mississippi, and Comanche County, Kansas. The Company has drilled and completed two wells. The Company is also focused on participating in the drilling of shallow wells in north central Texas. The Company has approximately 14% working interest in this venture. The Company also has a development to drill on the Barnum lease.
