International Branding Marketing Inc agreed to acquire Kingpak Technology, Inc. for approximately TWD 570 million.

International Branding Marketing Inc (GTSM:6238) agreed to acquire Kingpak Technology, Inc. for approximately TWD 570 million in cash on October 3, 2014. As a part of consideration, International Branding Marketing will pay TWD 15.5 per share of Kingpak Technology. The deal is expected to close on January 1, 2015.

Kingpak Technology will dissolve after merger.
