From October 1, 2021 to October 13, 2021, the company has repurchased 81,700 shares, representing 0.79% for ¥146.06 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 517,500 shares, representing 4.99% for ¥999.95 million under the buyback announced on June 9, 2021.
Kinjiro Co Ltd, formerly Nittsusystem Co Ltd, operates the Human Resource Management (HRM) business and other businesses. The HRM business develops and sells software products and hardware products (employment information terminals) such as employment, human resource and salary management systems, and health and life products for businesses of various industries, as well as cloud services, consulting support and premium support utilizing these products. The HRM business is divided into two businesses, including cloud business and on-premises business. The cloud business includes Kinjiro Enterprise, one of integrated cloud service enterprise resource planning (ERP), consulting support, and employment information terminal. On-premise business includes integrated ERP package Kinjiro Enterprise, consulting support, employment information terminal, and premium support. Other business includes rental conference room business.
