KKV Agro Powers Limited Appoints Ankita N. Raichura as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

KKV Agro Powers Limited is an India-based independent power producer (IPP) and renewable power generation company. The Company develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains utility scale grid connected solar and wind farm projects and sale of electricity. The Company operates through two segments: Power Generation and Purification of Precious Metals. It is trading REC generating from its plants in IEX and PXIL through TATA Power Trading Company Limited. It has an aggregate installed capacity of approximately 10.6 megawatts (MW). Its portfolio includes approximately 7.6 MW of wind energy installation and three MW of solar energy installations. The Company's plants are located in the state of Tamil Nadu, which includes Pollachi, Tirunelveli, Palladam and Kangeyam.
