Knowit AB Proposes Dividend for the Financial Year of 2023, Payable on May 10, 2024, and November 21, 2024, Respectively

Knowit AB (publ) announced that at its Annual General Meeting to be held on May 3, 2024, The Board of Directors proposes that the dividend for the financial year of 2023 shall be SEK 5.20 per share, in total SEK 142,212,720 to be paid on two occasions, as in the previous year. Board of Director proposes a dividend of SEK 2.60 with a planned record date on May 7, 2024, and SEK 2.60 with a planned record date on November 18, 2024. The dividends are expected to be distributed through Euroclear Sweden AB on May 10, 2024, and November 21, 2024, respectively.
