Konecranes plc Approves Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2023, Payable on 10 April 2024

Konecranes Oyj is a world leader in designing and building industrial and port cranes and hoisting equipment. Net sales break down by family of products and services as follows: - maintenance and installation services for industrial equipment (36.1%); - port lifting equipment (34.3%): container handling equipment, shipyard lifting equipment, mobile harbor cranes, fork-lifts, etc. The group also offers port management software; - industrial cranes and lifting equipment (29.6%): standard hoisting equipment (cranes, metal cable hoists, single-beam bridges, light-duty handling systems, etc.; lifting capacity less than 50 tons) and special cranes (heavy rolling bridges, automatic bridges, port gantry cranes, etc.; minimum lifting capacity of 50 tons). Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Finland (2.6%), Europe/Middle East/Africa (44.6%), Americas (38.4%) and Asia/Pacific (14.4%).
