As announced on 4 January 2024, KONGSBERG has awarded DNB Markets (DNB) a
mandate to purchase share for an amount up to MNOK 360 KONGSBERG shares. The
mandate is valid from 21 March 2024. Approx. 6 000 employees have signed up for
the share programme for a total amount of about MNOK 440. KONGSBERGs maximum
limit for the program was MNOK 360 and the total allocation will be reduced to
this amount. 

DNB will start the purchase of shares totalling MNOK 360 on 21 March 2024
according to safe harbour regulations. The purchases will be carried out in
accordance with the mandate given by the General Assembly. The current mandate,
given by the General Assembly on 11 May 2023, limits the purchase of shares to a
price between 50 NOK and 700 NOK per share. The shares will be transferred to
the employees who have chosen to participate immediately after the completion of
the purchases. The number of shares the participants will be allocated will be
based on the average price the shares are purchased for and will be decided
after the purchases are completed. DNB will make its decisions related to the
purchase of the shares, regardless of -and without influence from KONGSBERG
withs regard to the time of purchase.

receive will be based on the average purchase price in the market and will be
announced on the day of the transferee. Participants that signed up for the
maximum amount will after reduction due to over-subscription be receive shares
with a total value of NOK 76 200.

** The company's Chief Executive Officer does not have access to participate

Prior to the above-mentioned transactions KONGSBERG owns a total of 33 211 own
shares, corresponding to 0.18 % of KONGSBERG's share capital.
