KSG Agro : results in 2021 are confirmed by the international audit company from the TOP-10 global audit networks

KSG Agro's performance in 2021 was confirmed by the international audit report of Crowe, one of the TOP-10 global audit networks. This was reported by the holding's press service with reference to the company's annual international audit report published on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE).

The results of KSG Agro's activities in 2021 were confirmed by the international audit of Crowe, which is one of the TOP-10 global audit networks. CROWE is known for its highly qualified services to private and public enterprises in all sectors of the economy, including agriculture, in the areas of audit, taxation, consulting and risk.

"Due to its agricultural activities, the Group has significant biological assets. According to the consolidated statement of financial position, these assets amounted to USD 39.4 million at the end of 2021. Net income from biological transformation for the year ended December 31, 2021 amounted to USD 7.3 million," the report says.

"The pre-war year was one of the best in the history of our holding, as confirmed by international auditors," comments Sergiy Kasшanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors at KSG Agro, "Thanks to the successful selection of technologies and weather, our crop yields were record-breaking for the previous 10 years, and in the pig breeding segment we received good results in herd renewal with Canadian Genesus genetics, as well as achieved high piglet production dynamics.

To remind, KSG Agro agricultural holding increased its gross income by 44% in 2021 compared to 2020: from USD 21.3 to USD 30.7 million, and EBITDA by 2 times: from USD 6.02 to USD 12.27. Other financial indicators of KSG Agro also grew dynamically during this period. Thus, operating profit increased 2.5 times: from USD 4.3 million to USD 10.7 million. And the pre-tax profit of KSG Agro S.A. (Luxembourg), which includes all the companies of the group, amounted to USD 20.2 million.
