KSK Power Ventur plc Announces Resignation of Guy Lafferty as Non-Executive Director

KSK Power Ventur plc is an Isle of Man-based power project company. The Company is primarily engaged in the development, ownership, operation and maintenance of private sector power projects with multiple industrial consumers and utilities in India. It operates through two operating segments: power generating activities and project development activities. The Company also undertakes business activities in mineral interest, mine development and other support ancillary infrastructure. The Company develops and operates coal, gas, lignite and solar based power plants, as well as hydroelectric power plants. It has an operational capacity of approximately 2072 megawatts (MW). The Company's power plants portfolio include KSK Mahanadi, Sai Wardha, VS Lignite, Sai Regency, Sai Lilagar, Sitapuram Power and Sai Maithili. Its KSK Mahanadi power plant has a capacity of approximately 3,600 MW of which 1200 MW is operational. The Company's Sai Wardha power plant has a capacity of around 540 MW.
