Kung Long Batteries Industrial Co.,Ltd announced Cash dividend of TWD 819,365,940 (TWD 10.00 per share). Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date is August 29, 2023, Payment date of cash dividend distribution is September 8, 2023. Date of the resolution by the board of directors or shareholders meeting or decision by the Company is July 7, 2023.
KUNG LONG BATTERIES INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture, processing, assembly and trading of storage batteries. The Companyâs primary products include sealed lighting batteries, locomotive batteries, automobile batteries and related raw materials. The Companyâs products are mainly used in uninterruptible power supply (UPS) devices, medical equipment, communication devices, firefighting equipment, wireless telephone apparatuses, lightening products, electronic equipment and toy cars, among others. The Company operates through three business segments: Taiwan segment, Vietnam segment and others segment.
